You can ask us to delete your Rail the Way! account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request and what happens to your data.
Email us. Send a deletion request to the address below from the email you use, or include enough detail for us to find your account (see "What to include").

So we can find and verify the right account, please include:

| Leaderboard and referral records tied to your identifier | Deleted from our servers. |
| Analytics records and push notification tokens tied to your identifier (held by us on our own server) | Deleted from our servers. |
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud, for example minimal purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or audit purposes. These are kept only as long as required and are not used to rebuild your game profile.
Purchase records held by Telegram or Google are controlled by those platforms. To remove data they hold, please also use their account and privacy tools.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by reply once your data has been deleted. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone, and your progress and any unused virtual items will be lost.
